Hey there, lovebirds!
February is a month notoriously bursting with lots of love and vibrant celebrations that reflect the beauty of our diverse communities. Whether you’re savoring a delicious meal with that special someone (which, yes, can be your bestie), gathering with friends to enjoy the Big Game, or participating in the rich traditions of Black History Month and Lunar New Year, there’s much to love all month long.
This month, I encourage you to also make time for self-care and self-love. February serves as a wonderful reminder to nurture ourselves, whether that’s indulging in a favorite hobby, pampering yourself with a little extra TLC, eating a little extra chocolate, or stealing moments to reflect on what brings you joy.
As you dive into this toolkit, I hope it serves as a reminder to cherish the last bits of winter, create memories with both your crew and your boo, and to show yourself some love along the way.
