Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks of butter melted
  • ½ cups sugar
  • 1½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2½ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cream butter with sugars; add eggs and vanilla
  3. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate bowl
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in small batches and mix slowly
  5. Stir in chocolate chips
  6. Place dough 2 inches apart on an uncreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 7 minutes then add marshmallows to the tops of the cookies
  8. Bake for another 3 to 4 minutes
