Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Festival | January 12-13
This festival is as Cajun as it gets. The Gumbo & Alabama Slammer Festival transforms Montgomery into a food lover’s paradise with gumbo competitions, live music, craft cocktails, and plenty of local vendors. North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival | Through January 14

22nd Annual Carolina Chocolate Festival | January 27-28
